    將豬肉加入米酒、鹽、胡椒醃漬

    攤開蘋果卷的酥皮並切成三角形

  3. 3

    將醃漬好的內餡放在三角形酥皮寬側,並向尖側慢慢卷起成可頌狀

  4. 4

    刷上蛋液,進烤箱200度烤30分鍾,即可出爐
