滷包一包
醬油適量
冰糖些許
其他滷味的料
適量
麵條適量

    牛肉切薄片以利入味

    將其他的食材切成適當大小

  3. 3

    全部跟滷包放進鍋子裡,加水蓋過食材

  4. 4

    醬油大概抓50ml,太淡的話可以再調味

  5. 5

    瓦斯爐小火悶滾1-2小時

  6. 6

    約45分鐘左右稍微翻攪,並拿出滷包,再繼續滷

  7. 7

    在滷肉快好前10分鐘下麵

  8. 8

    擺盤開動!
