低筋麵粉在德國可以用 Mehl Type 405 直接代替

菜油20g

蜂蜜40g
低筋麵粉75g

德國超市 Mehl Type 405 最接近

檸檬汁3滴
白糖30g

Method

    蛋白蛋黃分離,分別放入兩個容器

    蛋黃碗中加入菜油、蜂蜜、牛奶攪拌均勻,低筋麵粉分兩次過篩拌入,製成麵糊備用

  3. 3

    打發蛋白至白色泡沫後,加入白糖與檸檬汁,繼續打發至碗倒過來不會掉落的程度

    分兩次將蛋白霜拌入麵糊,切拌均勻

  5. 5

    倒入電鍋內膽,在桌上輕摔幾下排出氣泡,按下煮飯鍵至跳起

    取出放涼後敲幾下脫模,倒扣至盤子上

  7. 7

    放上香草冰淇淋及鮮奶油,撒上巧克力粉(可選)

Notes

不需要烤箱,電鍋就能做! 小提示:如果把10克牛奶替代成檸檬汁,再放入一點檸檬皮,就可以變成古早味蜂蜜檸檬蛋糕喔!
