醬油適量
冰糖些許
其他滷味的料
水適量
麵條適量

牛肉切薄片以利入味

將其他的食材切成適當大小

全部跟滷包放進鍋子裡,加水蓋過食材

醬油大概抓50ml,太淡的話可以再調味

瓦斯爐小火悶滾1-2小時

約45分鐘左右稍微翻攪,並拿出滷包,再繼續滷

在滷肉快好前10分鐘下麵
